1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you (the visitor) and Kimon Services Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. The company number and registered office address are published on kimonservices.com. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Kimon Services Ltd. “You” means the person visiting or using the site.

2. What this site offers today

The kimondesk.com site is marketing content only in Milestone 1. It describes what KimonDesk will be, accepts form submissions (Contact, Demo, Waitlist), and does not provide the helpdesk service itself. The service launches with Milestone 2; when it does, a separate set of product terms will apply to your use of the service. Those product terms will be published on this site and announced on the changelog with an updated date before they take effect.

3. Acceptable use

When you use the site you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate the site beyond the rules published in robots.txt.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or otherwise circumvent the security of the site or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent content from the site or reuse it in a way that implies endorsement from KimonDesk or Kimon Services Ltd.
• Use the site for anything illegal under UK law, or transmit material that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others.
• Submit forms with spam, abusive content, or deliberate misinformation. We silent-drop submissions that fail honeypot or timing heuristics; the layered anti-spam stack is documented in the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, SVG illustrations, brand assets, and product mock-ups — is copyright Kimon Services Ltd unless explicitly attributed otherwise. The KimonDesk name, the Kimon word-mark, and the orange-accented monogram are unregistered trade marks of Kimon Services Ltd. Third-party brand logos that appear on /features/integrations remain the property of their respective owners; their inclusion is nominative only and does not imply partnership or endorsement.

You may quote short excerpts from the site for review or reference, provided you link back to the source page. Anything beyond fair use requires written permission.

5. Links to other sites

We link to kimonservices.com, kimonbids.com, and, on some pages, to third-party vendor sites (for example, integration partners and compliance regulators). We don’t control those sites. When you follow an external link, the target site’s own terms and privacy policy apply. Our responsibility ends at the link.

6. Warranties

The site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We aim for high uptime and do our best to keep kimondesk.com fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee any specific availability level, and we do not warrant that the site is fit for a particular purpose or free of defects. Product-level service-level commitments will arrive with the M2 commercial terms.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kimon Services Ltd’s aggregate liability for your use of the kimondesk.com site is capped at GBP 0 — the amount you pay to read the marketing site. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from site use.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Product liability for the KimonDesk service will be governed by the M2 commercial terms when the service launches.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on /changelog with a new entry dated to the day the change took effect, and the “Last updated” line at the top of this page will be revised to match. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
